2twenty processes personal data you share with us through the booking form and by e-mail — such as your name, e-mail address and event details — solely to handle your inquiry and manage bookings.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, except where necessary to carry out a booking or where required by law. Data is retained no longer than needed for these purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time via contact@2twentyagency.com.

General terms

All bookings are subject to written confirmation by 2twenty. A booking is only final once both parties have signed the booking agreement.

Fees, riders and cancellation conditions are specified per booking in the agreement. Dutch law applies to all agreements with 2twenty.
